Masterclass

Get a clear collective ‘Yes!’ in 30 days

For coordinators, project leaders and conveners who want their next meeting to end in a collective, confident decision – in 30 days.

You donʼt make the decisions. Your group – team, board, members, committee… – does.

But you’re the one expected to keep it moving and make it a success.

If youʼre like most coordinators, project leaders, and conveners, you usually:

… watch the conversation circle endlessly

… get polite nods instead of real views

… juggle agenda rewrites and requests

… get to ‘Yesʼ, and it gets rehashed the next meeting

But the next big decision is on the horizon, and you donʼt need yet another discussion.

You need a decision your group will commit to, and a clear game plan to get there.

Secure a clear ‘Yes!’ with your game plan

Your game plan is your path to a clear team decision. It will change how your people decide, and radically improve their decisions. When you have a clear plan, your team will:

  • Move effortlessly towards crystal-clear decisions

  • Fully commit to decisions, and actually implement them

  • Think and act as a “we” from that point on

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this Masterclass for?

This Masterclass was built for team leaders, network leads, membership officers, programme managers, coalition coordinators. Anyone whose job involves herding carts.

Why should I join this masterclass?

This masterclass is for people who carry the responsibility for moving a decision forward, even though they’re not the authority in the room. You run the meetings, prepare the agenda, and hold the process, but the group still struggles to land the decision. You need a straightforward plan that gets people aligned in the room, so the decision is clear, shared, and doesn’t fall apart afterwards.

What will I leave with?

  • Crystal-clear understanding of where your group sits: is it ready to decide, or whatʼs blocking it from aligning

  • A concrete game plan for your upcoming meeting: the exact steps that will move the group toward a real ‘Yes!ʼ, not another round of circling

  • PDF templates (Alignment canvas, Decision game plan) and forever access to the masterclass Mural board, ready to reuse for any decision you prepare next

Is this a facilitation training?

No. We won’t cover activities, formats, or any of the usual tools.
This masterclass focuses on the part people skip: the thinking and prep that make a decision possible in the first place.
When you know how to set that up, the group moves on its own and the formats matter a lot less.

How long is it? May I join part of it?

It’s a 2.5-hour live session followed by 30 minutes 1:1 with one of the trainers. You’ll get the most value by being there from start to finish; joining partially means you’ll miss key steps.

How much does it cost?

The masterclass is free, but it’s not open to everyone. We ask people to apply so we can make sure the group makes sense – both for you, and for the others in the room.

What if I canʼt join the upcoming dates?

We suggest to sign up anyway. That way you'll be informed about the dates for the next cohort.
